A middle aged menace has been slapped with a two year ASBO following a string of drunken misdemeanour's.
Andrew Walker, 47, was given the anti social behaviour order at Staines Magistrates Court on Monday, January 4 after constant loutish behaviour in the Cobham area.
Under the order he is now prohibited in Elmbridge from using abusive, offensive or threatening language, being in possession of any open container containing intoxicating liquor and being drunk.
A police officer based at Esher Police Station was charged with one count of theft of found property on Wednesday December 23.
It is believed PC Julian Lovegrove, 32, took £75 which was property handed in to the police station.
He has been suspended from duty and bailed to appear at Aldershot Magistrates Court on February 4.

Over £2,000 worth of mobile phone's was stolen by a group of four men from a Carphone Warehouse in Esher.
The theft took place at the shop, in High Street, on Thursday, December 10 between 5.15pm and 5.23pm.
The suspects walked into the shop and spoke briefly to the two members of staff who were working at the time.
Three of the suspects stayed in shop while one of the men went into a store room at the back and stole a number of Apple iPhones believed to be worth over £2,000.
Esher was brought to a standstill on Wednesday (16) as Portsmouth Road was closed due to a roof fire above a shop in the High Street.
The blaze, above Clarke's Interiors, started just before midday and as a result employees were evacuated from the building and nearby shops.
Fire engines from Esher, Walton, Chertsey and Leatherhead attended the scene.
