A racing enthusiast is being sponsored by Girls Aloud after his prize car appeared in their latest number one video.
Nigel Tipping, 44, of Landon Way, Ashford, was contacted by the girlband's manager for the use of his 1966 Sunbeam Tiger in their video 'The Promise' which got to number one in the charts on Sunday (26).
A part-time basketball coach from Thames Ditton has become an internet sensation after four million people watched him beat a top US basketball star one-on-one.
A two minute video clip featuring Stuart Tanner, 28, and NBA champion Devin Harris is one of the most viewed videos on YouTube this week.
The footage was filmed by Mr Tanner's brother Greg after the multi-million dollar NBA star had led a coaching clinic in Stockwell, South London.

The Princess Alice Hospice 'Look Good Feel Great' patient makeover day on Friday 10 of October saw project partner and world famous hairdresser Trevor Sorbie and the FAMOUS make up team return to host a day of patient pampering. The event held to coincide with World Hospice and Palliative Care Day on Saturday 11 October comes very soon after the incredible success of a visit from Trinny and Susannah on September 24.

On Saturday 6 September, Jonathan Perkins, Trustee of the Princess Alice Hospice led by example as he took part in the Hospice's first Midnight Walk, he also encouraged two other trustees Lynn Gilbert and Jenny Provin to join him and make up a team called 'The Alice Band'.
The three trustees all completed the 13.1-mile walk around Kew, Richmond and Twickenham; they all finished in a respectable time despite some inclement weather.
Not only did Jonathan rise to the challenge of the walk itself he also proved himself a champion fundraiser raising £2,150, which smashed his initial target of £1,500.
The Cobham Farmers' Market enters its third year on Saturday October 18.
Cobham and Downside councillor David Tipping is asking for more people to support the market, and has said in the past two months attendance has increased by 30%.
The market will be held at the Leg o' Mutton Field in Downside Bridge Road between 9.30am and 1.30pm, which is organised by the Cobham Conservation and Heritage Trust and the Surrey Chambers of Commerce.
Five men including three from Cobham and one from Walton were charged with affray by British Transport Police on Wednesday (1) following a fracas on a train, which resulted in a passenger being kicked unconscious.
A fundraising car maintenance workshop which took place at a Cobham car dealership on September 24 has helped to raise £100 for MacMillan Cancer Support.
The event which took place at the Dagenham Motors showroom on Portsmouth Road, Cobham saw guests learn how to change a tyre and do basic car maintenance checks under the supervision of trained technicians.
